Change Settings for Crew Hours

One way to build a schedule is to look at the number of crew hours that you need per hour to achieve the productivity goals that you set for your restaurant. Peak times are an important consideration when you build your schedule and you can customize peak times when you set up your restaurant-level rules.

Another important consideration is the productivity level that you want your staff to achieve at different times of the day and week. You can use the default values or specify your own productivity values for each restaurant.

1. Click to open the Toggle Menu on the Enhanced Scheduling screen, and then select Schedule Configuration.

2. Select the Graph tab.

3. Click Change Settings.

   The Edit Store Parameters screen opens so you can customize peak times or specify your own productivity values for each restaurant.
